Our patented pressure blower system enhances topping, eliminates small stiff neck and lighter undesirable onions, most weeds, dirt, and trash. Trash is discarded out the back, not through the blower, alleviating wear and abrasive problems to the blower. Our Total Hydraulic Design allows versatility for chain speed, topping height ranging from 1 to 6 inches, ground speed and blower velocity. Onions are elevated on our Primary Chain, then transferred to our loading elevator. We have only one transfer of the onion, eliminating peeling and bruising. Everything is controlled by one operator, greatly reducing labor costs. Our new flow thru air design allows our Cutterbar to handle much more trash and green onions.
